Our fees are competitive and include guarantee periods on candidates placed.
Retainer Arrangement
Huntington Partners conducts these searches on a retained/contractual basis and is compensated a percentage of the individual's total first year's compensation package (call for details). One Third of the (estimated) fee is paid by the client upon execution of the agreement. The final adjusted fee is billed at the time of acceptance of employment. A Six month candidate guarantee period would apply.
Contingency Arrangement
Huntington Partners conducts these searches on a contingency basis and is compensated a percentage of the individual's total first year's compensation package (call for details). The entire fee is billed at the time of acceptance of employment. A Sixty day candidate guarantee period would apply.
